The Public Can't Comment?

Well, me the admin of the website can comment but when someone comes to visit and wants to comments it comes up with a very strange page?
If possible could you help me

Hi, I got the same problem. The Admin can comment, the Rest can't. I never enabled Akismet. I'm not sure since when this occurs, but I think it has something to do with the webserver changing to the new PHP a few weeks ago. I reinstalled now, importet my fp-content but still got the same problem.
Update: Ok, I'm using the svn version now, and after deactivating QuickSpamFilter it works.
