    Hi,
    i would like to have a different background in my theme for the two columns i have.

    My CSS is this

    #columnright {
    float: right;
    right: 0;
    //border-left: solid 1px #ccc
    background: url(../imgs/colonnadx.gif);
    }

    #columnleft {
    float: left;
    left: 0;
    //border-right: solid 1px #ccc
    background: url(../imgs/colonnasx.gif);
    }

    #columnright, #columnleft {
    width: 150px !important;
    width: 135px;
    font-size: 80% !important;
    font-size: 75%;
    height:100%;
    //margin-bottom: 5px;
    //margin-top: 0px;
    //padding: 10px;
    }

    But i don't see background

    If i write so

    #columnright {
    float: right;
    right: 0;
    //border-left: solid 1px #ccc
    }

    #columnleft {
    float: left;
    left: 0;
    //border-right: solid 1px #ccc
    }

    #columnright, #columnleft {
    width: 150px !important;
    width: 135px;
    background: url(../imgs/colonnasx.gif);
    font-size: 80% !important;
    font-size: 75%;
    height:100%;
    //margin-bottom: 5px;
    //margin-top: 0px;
    //padding: 10px;
    }

    i have the back ground but is the same for the two columns

    Where is the mistake?
