I'd like to make all links from my flatpress blog to other sites of the same blog open on top of the frameset (target="_top"). That is, because my provider offers domain forwarding within a non editable frameset, thus i don't get my favicon and title to work properly.

If possible, i'd like to make all links that refer to external websites open in a new tab (target="_blank").

I am not that much of a php, css, html crack, but i know that sometimes there are some template functions that affect all links on the page. So before I start looking for every link and adding a target tag, I would like to know what is the easiest way to

first: make every link on my blog open at _top
second: make only the internal links open at _top and links to other websites open at _blank frames.

    Thanks in advance
